Blooms reach six to eight inches, and the rays curl and twist more as each flower matures. It won the Derrill W. Hart medal in 2009 as the best B size flower in the trial gardens.

The plant is a strong grower that tolerates heat and full sun, and it can grow well over head height in rich soil. Sturdy stems hold the deep flowers above the foliage. It is a good pick for exhibitors and for anyone who wants a large, sculptural pink bloom in the vase.

Details

Bloom type: Incurved Cactus

Bloom size: 6 to 8 inches

Colour: Clear dark pink

Plant height: 3 to 6 feet

Bloom time: Mid season onward

Sun: Full sun (6 to 8 hours daily)

Spacing: 12 to 18 inches

Support: Recommended

Introduced: Ted and Margaret Kennedy (Hollyhill Dahlias, Oregon City), USA, 2010

Each tuber is hand-selected and guaranteed to have at least one healthy eye.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0695/9824/9131/files/hollyhill-cotton-candy-1-e_a3b647a4-11d8-4d4f-bd88-554d392fceba.jpg?v=1792174724
https://petroliabloomco.com/products/hollyhill-cotton-candy
Petrolia Bloom Co.
