A Grappoli d’Inverno, known as the traditional Italian “Winter Grape” tomato, is prized for its exceptional storage ability and rich, sweet flavour. Historically, entire fruiting trusses were harvested and hung indoors, allowing the tomatoes to slowly ripen and remain usable well into winter.
Plants are vigorous, indeterminate vines that produce heavy clusters of small plum to grape-shaped tomatoes with dense flesh and excellent flavour for both fresh eating and preserving.
