Shipping Regions

At this time, Petrolia Bloom Co. ships within Canada only, unless otherwise stated on a specific product listing.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions based on weather conditions, seasonal considerations, or agricultural regulations.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped according to seasonal availability, not necessarily the order date.

  • Dahlia tubers and cuttings are shipped at planting-appropriate times to ensure viability.

  • Estimated shipping windows are provided on product listings and are subject to change based on weather and growing conditions.

  • Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We use reputable shipping carriers and select shipping methods appropriate for live plant material.

  • All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Shipping costs reflect packaging materials, handling, and carrier fees necessary to ship live plants safely.

Weather & Delivery Responsibility

Live plants are sensitive to temperature extremes.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring local weather conditions at the time of delivery.

  • We strongly recommend arranging to receive packages promptly upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, cold, frost, or delayed retrieval after delivery.

Orders placed during periods of extreme weather may be delayed at our discretion to protect plant health.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Pickup Orders (if applicable)

For products marked as local pickup, customers will receive instructions regarding pickup location and timing.

  • Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.

  • Unclaimed pickup orders may be forfeited without refund or credit.
