Frilly, split tips give these blooms a fizzy, frothy texture that lives up to the name. Butter yellow glows at the centre and melts outward into blush pink and soft apricot. The flowers are on the smaller side, about four inches, and full of personality.
Plants reach about four feet with dark green foliage that sets off the pastel blooms nicely. It is noted for heat tolerance and for holding up well as a cut flower. Tuck the frilled heads into bouquets with peach, cream and butter yellow flowers for a soft, sunny mix. A cheerful pick for gardeners who like texture as much as colour.
