Letterkenny Barolo is a deep wine-red dahlia, dark and velvety like the Italian wine it is named for, with neatly layered petals in a compact formal decorative bloom. The colour deepens almost to black at the centre.
A Letterkenny introduction from Canadian hybridizer Jody McKone, it grows on sturdy dark stems and adds depth and drama to arrangements. Pair it with blush, cream and dusty rose for contrast, or with other jewel tones for a rich, moody bouquet.
