Bistro

Bistro is a small-scale dahlia with an understated elegance that feels carefully composed rather than flashy. Soft white petals are delicately tipped with blush pink, while a gentle lavender-purple centre adds depth and refinement. The colouring feels almost hand-painted, giving each bloom a subtle, artistic quality.

Despite its modest flower size, Bistro is highly productive. The plants remain on the shorter side while producing armloads of blooms throughout the season, making it an excellent choice for cutting gardens where volume matters. Its restrained palette and balanced form evoke the quiet charm of a classic French bistro, simple, beautiful, and quietly captivating.
