CB Shona

CB Shona is a bright and joyful collarette dahlia bred by Dahlias by Michael, featuring sunny yellow outer petals paired with a matching ring of soft, frilled yellow petaloids at the center. This yellow-on-yellow combination gives the bloom a luminous, layered look while still keeping the classic open-faced charm of the collarette form.

Blooms measure around 3 inches across and shine brightly in the garden, catching light beautifully and drawing in pollinators all season long. Each flower has a warm, honey-gold disc that adds depth and texture, making it equally appealing in borders or informal bouquets.

Plants reach about 3.5 to 4 feet tall and are steady, reliable bloomers from midsummer through frost. With its strong stems, vibrant colour, and pollinator-friendly structure, CB Shona is an uplifting addition to any cutting garden or mixed bed.
