Lee's Primrose Darling is a soft primrose yellow dahlia with neat, rounded petals that build into a tidy ball-shaped bloom. The colour is pale and creamy rather than bright, so it reads as a gentle neutral in mixed arrangements.
A Lee's Dahlias (Goldenrod Gardens) introduction from Tennessee, it is a reliable producer of clean, cut-ready stems on a plant of medium height. It pairs with whites, blush and soft greens and brings a bit of light to pastel bouquets.
