Mary's Jomanda

Mary's Jomanda is an award-winning ball dahlia celebrated for its vibrant magenta to purple-pink blooms and impeccable symmetry. The 4 to 6 inch flowers form perfectly rounded, densely petaled spheres that hold their structure beautifully in the garden and in the vase. Its saturated colouring adds richness and depth, while the balanced form gives it a refined, show-quality presence.

Plants grow to approximately 4 feet in height and produce strong, upright stems bearing abundant blooms from late summer into autumn. Notably weather resistant, this variety performs reliably through changing conditions and offers excellent vase life, making it a dependable choice for both garden display and cutting production.

Mary's Jomanda has earned significant recognition, including the prestigious Award of Garden Merit and accolades for Best Vase at national shows a testament to its performance and beauty.

Its bold magenta-purple tones pair beautifully with blush, champagne, soft peach, deep plum, creamy ivory, and jewel-toned palettes. It brings energy and structure to arrangements while maintaining classic ball form.
