Zinger Hibiscus, also known as Roselle, is a beautiful and productive herbal tea plant grown for its vibrant red calyxes used to make a refreshing, ruby-coloured tea. This variety features attractive lobed foliage and soft creamy-yellow flowers, followed by striking deep red seed pods.

Once the blossoms fade, the fleshy calyxes can be harvested and dried to create a tart, cranberry-like tea with a floral, berry aroma. Rich in antioxidants, hibiscus tea is delicious served hot or iced.
