Beit Alpha

Beit Alpha Cucumber is a classic Middle Eastern open-pollinated variety known for its smooth skin, crisp texture, and completely bitter-free flavour. This variety produces slender 15-20 cm (6-8") cucumbers that are excellent for fresh eating and can also be harvested smaller for pickling.

Plants are vigorous and productive, producing early and continuing steadily through the growing season. Fruits are thin-skinned with very small seeds, making them ideal for fresh slicing without peeling.
