Cucamelon, also known as Mexican Sour Gherkin, is a charming and productive vining plant that produces grape-sized fruits resembling tiny watermelons. Despite their appearance, cucamelons taste like a crisp cucumber with a bright citrus tang, making them a favourite for snacking and pickling.
