This diverse and vibrant Kale Mix is a Metchosin Farm original, developed through careful selection from open-pollinated plants grown and refined in farm gardens since 2009. The mix brings together the best characteristics of Red Russian, White Russian, Lacinato, Rainbow, and sugar-beet-derived kale types.

Selections have been made over many seasons for excellent flavour, cold hardiness, pest resistance, colour, and consistent performance, resulting in a beautiful and productive mix well suited to home gardens and year-round harvesting.
