Smoky coral peach petals open wide and slightly twisted, while the inner petals reveal a raspberry purple reverse with fine stripes. That flash of purple against warm peach gives the bloom real depth and interest. Blooms reach about six inches, full and relaxed in form.
Plants grow to about four feet and need full sun. Cut blooms when they are about three quarters open, since they open little after cutting. The unusual colour blend is a favourite with designers and pairs beautifully with burgundy, rust and blush.
