Bloomquist Alan

Bloomquist Alan is an elegant formal decorative dahlia featuring warm peach-apricot petals softly blended with creamy undertones and a subtle lavender-pink centre. Blooms are generously sized, typically reaching 6–8 inches, and are carried on long, sturdy stems atop vigorous plants that can reach 5–6 feet in height.

This variety is particularly well suited to romantic, garden-style arrangements where scale and softness are equally important. Its nuanced colouring pairs beautifully with blush, champagne, pale yellow, soft lavender, and fresh green foliage. In our growing space, Bloomquist Alan stood out for its strong stem length, impressive bloom size, and consistent production from mid-season onward, making it a reliable choice for both growers and designers seeking statement blooms with refined colour.
