Butter yellow petals with pointed tips crowd around a warm apricot centre, giving the bloom a full, shaggy look. The colours bring to mind cream cheese icing and spice. Published information on this variety is scarce.
Grow it as you would most dahlias, in full sun with rich, well drained soil and a stake for support. Its sunny colouring brightens late summer borders and mixes easily with orange and peach flowers. A cheerful choice for anyone building a warm toned bouquet.
