Evening Lady

Evening Lady is a classic formal decorative dahlia prized for its true, clear red colouring, a shade that stands apart from darker burgundies or blue-based reds. The blooms are symmetrical and refined, measuring approximately 4 inches, with a polished, formal shape that holds well both in the garden and as a cut flower. Plants reach 4–5 feet in height and produce blooms on strong, usable stems.

This variety is a standout for growers seeking a reliable, no-nonsense red. Its clean colour makes it especially valuable in bouquets and arrangements where clarity matters, pairing effortlessly with white, blush, soft peach, or deeper jewel tones. In the garden, Evening Lady delivers consistent performance and visual impact throughout the season, earning its reputation as a must-have red dahlia.
