Fitzy's Dark Angel

Fitzy’s Dark Angel is a dramatic, velvety beauty that brings instant depth and richness to any garden or arrangement. Its blooms are a deep, moody burgundy, almost black in certain lighting, layered with dark plum undertones that intensify toward the centre. The petals have a soft sheen and an elegant, sculpted form that makes every flower look luxurious and intentional.

This variety delivers exceptional colour saturation paired with strong, upright stems, exactly what designers love in dark-toned dahlias. Fitzy’s Dark Angel blooms steadily from mid-season onward, offering a consistent supply of perfectly dramatic flowers that pair beautifully with blush, caramel, mauve, and neutral palettes.

Plants grow to a medium height with good structure, making them reliable in the field and stunning in the vase. A must-have for growers who appreciate rare, moody colours that elevate every arrangement.
