Frizzy Lizzy

Frizzy Lizzy is a playful, eye-catching dahlia distinguished by its finely cut, frilled petals that create a light, spiky texture unlike more traditional forms. Blooms appear in clear lavender-purple tones with a soft glow at the centre, giving each flower a lively, almost electric presence. Flowers typically measure 4–6 inches and are held on upright plants reaching approximately 3.5–4 feet in height.

This variety brings movement and texture to both the garden and floral arrangements. Its unusual petal form makes it especially effective as a feature flower, adding contrast alongside smoother ball or decorative dahlias. In our growing space, Frizzy Lizzy has proven to be a reliable bloomer that adds personality and visual interest throughout the season.
