Great Silence

Great Silence is a striking informal decorative dahlia known for its rich, dark blend of tones that shift subtly across the petals, creating depth and visual intrigue. Blooms are large for a small-to-medium category, typically measuring just over 4 inches up to 6 inches, and are carried on strong stems atop plants that reach approximately 4 feet in height.

This variety brings drama without heaviness. Its complex colouring pairs beautifully with blush, peach, soft coral, cream, and deeper berry shades, making it especially effective as a focal flower in mixed arrangements. In the garden, Great Silence offers consistent performance and showy blooms, while in the vase it adds contrast and sophistication.
