Irish Candy is a charming miniature ball dahlia featuring soft blush petals delicately tipped with raspberry-pink. Some blooms display subtle streaking or swirling, giving them a lightly sugared, spun appearance. The flowers measure approximately 2 inches across and are produced in abundance on upright, sturdy stems.
This variety is especially valued for bouquet work. Its petite, rounded blooms add texture and cohesion to arrangements, pairing beautifully with soft pinks, creamy whites, pale peach, and even deeper purples for contrast. Irish Candy is a dependable producer throughout the season and a standout choice for growers seeking steady output with refined pastel colouring.
