Mackenzie Violet

Mackenzie Violet is a striking 2024 introduction from Bob Romano, combining height, texture, and delicate colouring in one unforgettable bloom. This BB-sized laciniated cactus dahlia opens in crisp white petals softly brushed with lavender blush, creating subtle tonal movement across its finely fringed form. The intricately split, pointed petals give each flower a sculptural, airy presence while maintaining impressive fullness.

Plants are notably tall and vigorous, reaching approximately 6.5 feet in height. Exceptionally floriferous, Mackenzie Violet produces an abundance of blooms throughout the season, making it a strong performer in both the garden and cutting rows. Its long stems and textured blooms add dimension and lightness to floral arrangements.

The white and lavender blush colouring pairs beautifully with blush, pale mauve, champagne, soft peach, dusty rose, and cool-toned pastels. It offers height, texture, and refined movement in both landscape and design work.
