Maroon Fox

Maroon Fox is a richly coloured decorative dahlia featuring deep burgundy blooms that read almost plum in certain light. The 3-inch flowers are densely formed and produced in impressive abundance, creating a striking display both in the garden and in bouquets. Its saturated jewel tone adds depth and contrast without overwhelming surrounding blooms.

Plants grow to approximately 3-4 feet in height and respond well to pinching, which encourages bushier growth and increased flower production. Once flowering begins in August, Maroon Fox continues steadily through to hard frost, offering a long and reliable harvest window.

The dark burgundy-plum colouring pairs beautifully with blush, champagne, soft peach, muted lavender, dusty rose, and creamy neutrals. It adds richness and sophistication to arrangements while maintaining a manageable bloom size for bouquet work.
