Bright cerise red petals roll and twist loosely around a deeper magenta heart, giving this bloom a lively, informal shape. The colour is clear and saturated, somewhere between ripe raspberry and lipstick red. It brings real energy to the garden and the vase.
This variety belongs to the Mingus family of dahlias. Its strong colour holds its own beside bold oranges and golds, or it can be softened with blush and cream. A good choice for anyone who loves a vivid border.
