Orange informal decorative blooms about four and a half inches across make this a cheerful, easygoing cutting flower. The petals sit in a relaxed, slightly wavy arrangement that gives each bloom a soft, natural look. Its growers name it among their own favourite cut flowers through the whole season.
Plants reach about four feet and grow vigorously, producing blooms prolifically from summer into fall. That steady output makes it a reliable choice for anyone who likes to cut armfuls for the house. Pair it with cream, peach or deep burgundy for a warm autumn bouquet.
