Copper Shimmer comes from the RM series bred at River Merle Farm. It is classed as a miniature formal decorative in bronze, giving small, crisply layered blooms in a warm metallic tone. The name hints at the gleam of copper that bronze dahlias often carry.
Small formal blooms like these are easy to use in bouquets, filling gaps without crowding larger focal flowers. Bronze is a natural partner for peach, rust, plum and dusty foliage. It is a good choice for growers already collecting the River Merle line or anyone after a warm, compact accent.
