Salmon Joy is an Australian ball dahlia with neat, rounded blooms in the palest salmon pink. Look closely and each petal carries a tiny tip of gold, which gives the flower a soft glow in the vase.
It is a favourite with Australian florists and is valued there as a cut flower. The tidy ball form holds up well in arrangements and pairs easily with blush, peach and cream tones.
