Alberta Sunset

Alberta Sunset is a vivid novelty dahlia displaying a striking blend of flame red, golden orange, and deeper undertones that echo the colours of a setting sun. The petals are elongated and curve inward, creating a dynamic, sculptural bloom with strong movement and visual drama.

The colour is especially rich and intense, with darker hues often visible on the underside of the petals, adding depth and dimension as the bloom opens and matures. Alberta Sunset reads bold and theatrical rather than soft, making it a true focal flower in the garden and in floral designs.

Plants are tall, strong, and reliable, performing well as cut flowers despite their dramatic form. Alberta Sunset shines in late-season arrangements and is particularly effective in autumn-themed bouquets where warmth, contrast, and intensity are desired.
