Dear Alexander

Dear Alexander is a dynamic and expressive variety, known for its evolving colour palette and strong seasonal performance. Early blooms open in bold yellow tones with a deep maroon centre and dramatic streaking, gradually softening into warm peach hues accented with burgundy through the centre and petal bases. This natural transformation gives the plant a layered, ever-changing presence in both the garden and arrangements.

The blooms are loosely structured with a soft, informal decorative form, adding movement and interest to floral work. Plants are compact yet highly productive, producing a steady stream of blooms early in the season and continuing reliably. Its strong stems and consistent output make it well suited for cutting, while its shifting tones add depth to garden plantings and mixed palettes.
