Bright raspberry pink petals are tipped with a whisper of gold, which is where the lemonade in the name comes from. The blooms are tidy formal decoratives, densely layered and neatly rolled. The colour is vivid without feeling heavy, so it reads clearly from across the garden. Up close, those little gold tips give each flower a lively finish.
Plants grow tall, roughly 4 to 5 feet, and keep producing through the season. It is a dependable choice for a cutting bed, where the steady supply of mid-sized blooms is easy to use. In arrangements it brings a punch of pink that sits well with cream, soft yellow and deep burgundy. Growers and designers who want a cheerful, saturated pink will find plenty to like.
