Gerrie Hoek

Gerrie Hoek is a classic dahlia variety that has remained popular for good reason. It produces soft pink, upward-facing blooms in a graceful waterlily form, giving each flower a calm, open appearance that feels light and refined rather than dense. Blooms typically measure 5–6 inches, offering good scale without becoming overly heavy.

This variety is especially appreciated for its elegance and balance. The gentle pink colouring pairs beautifully with cream, blush, pale peach, soft lavender, and fresh green foliage, making it well suited to romantic garden plantings and airy floral arrangements. In the garden, Gerrie Hoek brings a timeless quality, while in the vase its open form adds softness and movement among more structured flowers.
