Like a sunrise sky, KA's® Daybreak opens from deep apricot buds into honey gold blooms with peachy pink centres and a pale pink reverse. The flowers are petite formal decoratives of about three and a half to four inches, neat and evenly layered. As the season moves on, the tones soften toward an amber buttercream.
This is a compact, free flowering plant, usually listed around three to four feet, that blooms steadily all season. Its modest height suits the front of a cutting bed or a sunny border. In bouquets it pairs easily with peach, coral and cream dahlias, or with soft blue flowers for contrast. A cheerful, easy fit for gardeners who want warm colour without towering plants.
