KA's® Desert Rose

KA’s® Desert Rose is a warm, summery formal decorative dahlia featuring 4-inch blooms in glowing tones that shift from coral to peach and soft apricot. The layered petals create a full, rounded silhouette with excellent symmetry and a notably high petal count, giving the bloom both substance and polish.

The colouring carries a cheerful warmth without harsh saturation, blending seamlessly into peach-focused palettes and autumn-inspired arrangements. Its balanced bloom size makes it especially adaptable in bouquet work, offering presence while remaining easy to design with in mixed compositions.

Growing approximately 3.5 feet tall, KA’s® Desert Rose produces sturdy stems well-suited for cutting and reliable performance throughout the season. Bred by Kristine Albrecht, this variety combines strong productivity with refined form, an excellent choice for bulk harvests and warm-toned design work.
