Pink and playful, this Lee's introduction is classed as a miniature informal decorative. The blooms stay under four inches, with petals that twist and wave a little rather than lining up in strict rows. Published details beyond its classification are limited.
Miniature dahlias are useful for posies, bud vases and mixed bunches where a large bloom would overwhelm. It is one of the Lee's dahlias, a series popular with cut flower growers. Collectors of that line may want to add it to their list.
