Nicholas

Nicholas is a striking large informal decorative dahlia prized for its strong stems and glowing peachy-coral colouring. The impressive 6-inch blooms open in layered shades of warm coral and soft apricot, creating depth and vibrancy while maintaining a relaxed, sculptural form. Though it begins flowering slightly later than some varieties, the exceptional blooms are well worth the wait.

Plants grow to approximately 2.5-3 feet in height and develop robust secondary buds and vigorous foliage. Strong stems support the substantial flowers, and the variety remains productive and resilient through to the end of the season. Due to its vigorous growth habit, allow generous spacing for optimal performance.

The peachy-coral tones pair beautifully with blush, champagne, terracotta, soft cream, muted lavender, and sunset-inspired palettes. Nicholas adds warmth, structure, and presence to both garden beds and bouquet work.
