Twisting, wavy petals turn this way and that, so no two blooms look quite the same. The colour is a bold lipstick red, with lighter pink reverses showing wherever a petal curls and a deep burgundy glow at the heart. It is the red sister of the much loved ‘Labyrinth’, with all of that variety’s swirling movement.
Plants reach roughly three to four feet and carry large blooms of about six to eight inches. The loose, informal shape makes it an easy focal flower in mixed arrangements, where it adds warmth without feeling stiff. Pair it with dark foliage, burgundy accents or soft apricot for a rich late summer palette.
