Red and white share each bloom of this festive informal decorative, and no two flowers are marked quite alike. The petals open in a relaxed, gently waved arrangement, with blooms measuring four to five inches across. Its form stays consistent even as the colour pattern shifts.
Plants reach about four and a half feet and send up long stems that are made for cutting. A red and white bicolour brings energy to a bouquet and looks especially fitting in late season and holiday arrangements. It comes from River's Dahlias, a small family hobby farm in Veneta, Oregon.
