Sandia Brocade

Sandia Brocade is a luminous anemone dahlia celebrated for its rare blend of golden, bronze, and peach tones. The 3.5-4 inch blooms open with cantaloupe-peach outer petals that gently reflex backward as they mature, revealing a striking, golden puffed center composed of tubular, fringed petals. Even as the outer ray petals age and fall away, the textured central cushion remains prominent, adding dimension and visual interest throughout the bloom’s life.

Plants grow to approximately 3 feet in height and are notably floriferous, producing an abundance of blooms across the summer and into fall. Strong stems and steady production make Sandia Brocade an exceptional blender and filler in bouquet work. It is also a prolific tuber-maker that overwinters well, making it a valuable addition for growers looking to expand stock year after year.

Its golden-bronze-peach palette pairs beautifully with terracotta, soft apricot, warm blush, creamy ivory, muted coral, dusty rose, and autumn-inspired designs. It brings warmth, texture, and depth to both romantic and harvest-toned arrangements.
